Artistic Director/Producer

Sharon Bajer is an actress, director playwright, acting teacher and Manitoba’s first certified Intimacy Coordinator for Film and Television. A graduate of Vancouver’s Studio 58 and The Stratford Festival of Canada’s Michael Langham Directing and International Masterclass Programs, Sharon has been creating professional theatre for over 25 years.

The Keep Theatre was inspired by the beautiful space at CFRUC where her acclaimed productions Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, Catalpa and To the Country were developed.

Sharon has studied and created theatre across Canada as well as in Israel, Ireland, Denmark and Italy, building a lifetime of acting, writing and directing techniques that will be the foundation of everything The Keep Theatre is built on.


Duncan Cox

Co-Artistic Director

Duncan Cox is an actor/musician/singer/self-taught multi-instrumentalist residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He co-founded Walk&Talk Theatre Company back in 2016 and has written the music for several shows under the Walk&Talk umbrella including Afterlight, End of the Line, and The Ballad of Johnny Boy to name a few. Duncan also works consistently as an actor across several professional and independent stages (including Rainbow Stage, The Manitoba Theatre for Young People, The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, The Grand Theatre) as well as dabbling in the screen world from feature films to TV series’ to commercials.


Daphne Finlayson

Associate Producer

Daphne is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Film Studies. She also graduated with honours from Red River College’s Digital Film & Media Production program. Her past work includes producing, directing, stage managing, and writing for various companies in Winnipeg. Past productions include work with the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, Prairie Theatre Exchange, Village Conservatory for Music Theatre, Sarasvati Productions, Black Hole Theatre Company, and several years with the Winnipeg Fringe Festival as a two-time finalist in their New Play Contest.
